Jenni really puts forth a clear and succinct account of not only her first birth experience (a milestone in itself) but an experience of having to navigate a different system and attitude towards birthing and motherhood. It is clear to me that Jenni met the challenges of West meets East with respect and understanding. And probably not a little patience!
